We raised the haircut price from $7.99 to $9.99, and we also made payroll adjustments to your locations. We ran a Facebook Thanksgiving promotion and we've had 10 redemption for Whitnall, we've had none for Oak Creek so far. We are also organizing a holiday promotion for both locations with the higher price.

We are focusing on a strong marketing plan to attract good customers, and we strongly believe we can achieve it. We are bringing on a new expert in the salon industry to assist us in the execution of changing the model from discounting to higher cost services.
