I have just reviewed November'16 financials and noticed a great improvement both in terms of Cost of Sold Products as well as Payroll over Total Income. This is a must for any business and I assume the change on the store manager has a lot to be with it.
On the other hand, the fragil development is still on sales. Total Income is downhill since beggining and should this curve doesn't change radically its pattern, fixed costs will kill the business.
There is certainly a limit to reducing variable costs, but those fixed such as rental and depretiation will remain the same regardless total income.
I would like to explore actions and possibilities to revert this trend in our next meeting.
Again, congratullations on the focus to reduce costs.
