Investment is at Risk

Your investment is at risk. Without additional capital for operations, the business will no longer be able to support its payroll. We have updated the portal with important information about your account. There is a payment due to the account from the Landlord which we have not been able to collect for $24,000. This money is owed to the business. Our attorney has sent a demand notice and has notified the landlord that they will be filing a compliant if these funds are not received. There is a new manager at Oakcreek and Whitnall is nearing break even. However, the current capital in the account is not enough to support payroll during the process.

Closing Oak creek is an option we would like you to consider. We need a decision quickly though as payroll is approaching next week and there is not capital to pay it.
