FranVest Management has been very busy over the last few months with the construction of several new locations. We are excited to announce the opening of 13 new Fantastic Sams locations for nine of our investors. These stores will be opening across California, North Carolina and Wisconsin. The opening of these stores means the creation of 91 new jobs for these communities. Three more Fantastic Sams locations will be opening at the beginning of July for another group of three more investors.
Five stores have opened in California, Two in Wisconsin and another six in North Carolina.
Each of these stores is the result of FranVests unique Direct Managed EB-5 program. The first of its kind in the immigration space. Traditionally, immigrants seeking to come to the US using the EB-5 program are forced to buy into what is known as a Regional Center. Each of these Regional Centers pools large amounts of investors capitol together to complete a project here in the US. This project is completely controlled by the developer of the Regional Center. The potential immigrant who invests in these projects really has little or no insight into the success or failure of the project.
Locations are experiencing a great reception at their grand opening and are showing a constant amount of growth of weekly traffic. “Loomis Center in Wisconsin opened terrific, our goal was reaching 200 guests count in one week by week 8, the store accomplished that in week 5!” says Gary Padfield the Franchise Representative in Wisconsin.

Unlike other EB-5 Regional Center projects our Direct Managed Investment allows each investor to have complete access to their investment and stores. They actually own the business! Through every step of the process they are kept up to speed with all aspects of the business including each employee, Monthly P&L, Expense Reports and construction progress.
FranVest uses proven business models within Franchising to achieve the requirements mandated by the EB-5 program. These requirements are to invest a minimum of 500k and employee 10 full-time employees for five years. In the case of our Fantastic Sams opportunity the investor will get three stores for their 500k Investment. With each location hiring 7-8 employees our program far exceeds these requirements. At the end of the five year commitments the investor will be left with a profitable franchise which can be sold to get a return of their capital.
